If you're driving from Cap d'Ail Beach, head southeast on Avenue des Deux Frères towards Avenue de la Liberté. Continue straight onto Avenue de la Liberté, which will become Avenue Prince Albert I. Take a right onto Avenue Saint-Charles, then follow this road as it curves. Continue onto Avenue de la Madone, and then turn left onto Route de la Piscine. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Boulevard de l'Observatoire. Turn right onto Boulevard de l'Observatoire, which leads directly to the Place du Palais. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking in the public garages.

To reach Terrace du Palais via public transport, walk to the nearest bus stop in Cap d'Ail. Take bus line 100 towards Nice.
