From Lovćen National Park, head southeast towards Cetinje. You'll take the E80 road which is well-marked. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive in Cetinje. Continue on the E80 towards Tivat. After about 15 minutes, look for signs to Tivat, and follow the road until you reach the marina area. Porto Montenegro is located at 1 Blaža Jovanovića in Tivat. Parking is available near the marina, but be aware of any parking fees that might apply.
