Getting There

  • Car

    From Voss, head northeast on E16 towards Ål. Continue on E16 for approximately 90 km until you reach the junction with E6. Merge onto E6 towards Trondheim and continue for about 50 km. Take the exit for Fv17 towards Flatanger. Follow Fv17 for approximately 20 km, then turn left onto Fv770. Continue on Fv770 for about 15 km until you reach Stamnesfjorden, which is on your right. Note that there may be tolls along the E16, so be prepared for potential costs.

    Start at Voss train station and take a train heading towards Oslo or Trondheim. Disembark at Steinkjer station, which typically takes about 2 hours. From Steinkjer, transfer to a local bus heading towards Flatanger. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
