Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Tarnów Main Train Station (Tarnów Dworzec Główny), take bus number 1 or 4 towards the 'Błonie' stop. It usually operates every 15-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Błonie' stop, exit the bus and walk towards the intersection. From there, catch bus number 9 in the direction of 'Paleśnica'. Alight at the 'Jamna' stop. The Dominikanie Jamna is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head southeast on Jamna Street until you reach Jamna 7, where the convent is located.

    If you prefer to walk, start from the central square of Tarnów (Rynek Tarnowski). Head southwest towards ul. Wałowa and continue straight until you reach ul. Krakowska. Turn left onto ul. Krakowska and walk for about 1 km until you reach the bus terminal. From there, follow the public transport directions or walk along the main road heading towards Paleśnica, which is approximately 8 km away. It will take about 1.5 to 2 hours on foot.
