If you are traveling by car, head towards Vila Nova de Gaia. From the center of Douro Valley, take the N-222 road towards Peso da Régua and then merge onto the A24 highway towards Vila Nova de Gaia. Once you arrive in Vila Nova de Gaia, follow Av. da República and continue straight onto Av. de Diogo Leite. Manos do Douro is located at Av. de Diogo Leite 408, which should be easily visible on your left. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking, which typically costs around €1-2 per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach Manos do Douro using public transportation, take a train from Peso da Régua to Vila Nova de Gaia. Check the train schedule ahead of time as services can be limited. Upon arriving at the Vila Nova de Gaia train station, you can either walk or take a local bus (Bus Line 901 or 902) toward Av. de Diogo Leite. If walking, it’s approximately a 20-minute walk; head south on Rua de Arnaldo Lapa, turn right onto Av. da República, and then left onto Av. de Diogo Leite. Manos do Douro is located at number 408. Ensure to have some coins or a contactless payment option as bus fares are around €1.50.
