To reach Praia da Duquesa using public transport, take the train from Lisbon's Cais do Sodré station to Cascais. The train ride takes about 40 minutes and trains run frequently. Once you arrive at Cascais station, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) or take bus number 403 towards 'Praia do Guincho'. Get off at the 'Praia da Duquesa' stop.
