Begin your journey at Praça do Comércio in central Lisbon. From here, take the bus number 205 from the bus stop located at the square. The bus will take you towards Setúbal. After approximately 35 minutes, alight at the 'Azeitao' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the main road and look for signs leading to the Arrábida Natural Park. The Convento Velho da Arrábida is about a 30-minute walk from this stop, following a path that leads into the park.

Train and Bus
Start your trip by heading to the Cais do Sodré train station in Lisbon. From there, take the train to Setúbal (the train journey lasts roughly 50 minutes). Once you arrive at Setúbal station, exit and walk to the bus stop for the bus number 573 heading to 'Arrábida'. Get off at the 'Convento Velho' stop. The convent is located a short walk from here, and you will see signs directing you to the entrance.
