Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are starting from the city center, take the Metro Line A (Blue Line) or Line C (Green Line) from São Bento station towards Estádio do Dragão or Campanhã, respectively. Alight at the station 'Aliados'. From Aliados, exit the station and walk down Avenida dos Aliados towards the Praça da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach the end of the avenue, and turn left onto Rua do Infante D. Henrique. The Church of Saint Francis will be on your right.

  • Bus

    Catch the bus number 500 from the 'Cordoaria Nacional' bus stop. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Infante'. From there, walk back a few steps to Rua do Infante D. Henrique. The Church of Saint Francis will be on your left side.
