From Serra da Lousã, take the N342 road towards Coimbra. Continue on the N342 for approximately 21 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Coimbra. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the IP3. After about 4 kilometers, take exit 4 for E80 towards Lisbon/A1. Merge onto the A1 and follow the signs for Coimbra. Take exit 6 for Coimbra Centro and follow the signs to the city center. Once in the center, follow Rua da Sofia until you reach the Palace of Schools at 3000-515 Coimbra. Parking may be available nearby, but expect costs around 1.50€ per hour.
