Ferry and Public Transportation
From Pulau Ubin, head to the Changi Point Ferry Terminal. The ferry to Changi Point is a short boat ride, costing approximately SGD 3 per person. Once you arrive at Changi Point, exit the terminal and head to the nearest bus stop. Take Bus 2 from Changi Point to Pasir Ris MRT Station. The bus fare is around SGD 1.50. After reaching Pasir Ris MRT Station, walk towards Pasir Ris Central, which is directly opposite the MRT station, to access Pasir Ris Town Park.

Private Car
If you're traveling by car, first take the ferry from Pulau Ubin back to Changi Point Ferry Terminal. Drive out of the terminal and follow the signs to the East Coast Parkway (ECP) expressway. Continue on ECP and take the exit towards Pasir Ris. Follow the road signs to Pasir Ris Town Park, located along Pasir Ris Central, opposite the MRT station. Note that parking may be available at the park, but check for any parking fees or restrictions.
