Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Bratislava's main train station (Hlavná stanica), exit the station and head south towards Karadžičova street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Trnavské mýto. Cross the street and walk straight along Karadžičova until you reach the large intersection with Špitálska street. Turn left onto Špitálska and continue walking until you reach the Old Town area. Keep walking straight until you see the sign for Hlavné námestie (Main Square) on your right. The square is located in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by historical buildings.

Public Transport - Tram
From the main train station (Hlavná stanica), you can take tram line 1 towards 'Hlavná stanica'. Get off at the next stop, 'Nové Zámky', and transfer to tram line 5. Ride tram line 5 until you reach 'Zochova'. From 'Zochova', it's a short walk to Hlavné námestie. Just follow the signs towards the Old Town and you will reach the square in about 5 minutes.
