Walking
From the city center, start at Prešeren Square (Prešernov trg). Head east towards the Ljubljanica River and cross the Triple Bridge (Tromostovje). Once across, follow the path along the river until you reach the Dragon Bridge (Zmajski Most). Continue straight on Špica until you reach Tivoli Park. Once inside the park, follow the main path leading uphill. After walking for about 15 minutes, you will see the sign for Tivolski vrh. Continue on this path until you reach the viewpoint.

From the main bus station (Avtobusna postaja Ljubljana), take bus number 6 towards 'Tivoli'. Get off at the 'Tivoli' stop. After getting off the bus, walk into Tivoli Park. Follow the main path leading uphill for approximately 15 minutes, and you will arrive at Tivolski vrh, which offers a beautiful view.
