Getting There

Car
From the main entrance of West Coast National Park, head south on the R27 road towards Paternoster. Continue on the R27 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the R399. Turn left onto the R399. Follow the R399 for about 5 kilometers until you reach the T-junction. Turn right onto the Unnamed Road, which leads directly to Cape Columbine Nature Reserve. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see the entrance to the reserve on your left. There is no entry fee for the reserve, but ensure you have cash for parking if applicable.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Cape Town to Paternoster. Buses like Greyhound or Intercape run services to Paternoster. Once you arrive at Paternoster, you can take a local taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to Cape Columbine Nature Reserve. Make sure to confirm the taxi or shuttle service in advance, as they may not be readily available. Expect to pay around R50 to R100 for the taxi fare.
