Continue on the Donghae Expressway for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your starting point. Take the exit toward Sokcho (Exit 5) and continue straight onto the local road until you reach the city. Once in Sokcho, follow the signs for the beach area. Sokcho Beach is located at 186 Haeoreum-ro, Joyang-dong. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around 2,000 KRW for a few hours.
