If you are driving, take the highway towards Taean-gun. Use the Namsan IC to exit onto Route 77. Follow Route 77 until you reach the intersection with Cheollipo 1-gil. Turn onto Cheollipo 1-gil and continue for about 2 kilometers. Chollipo Arboretum will be on your left at 187 Cheollipo 1-gil. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

To reach Chollipo Arboretum using public transport, take a bus to Taean-gun from any major city in North Chungcheong Province. Once you arrive at Taean Bus Terminal, look for local buses that head towards Sowon-myeon. You can take Bus No. 3 or 4. Get off at the Cheollipo stop, which is near the arboretum. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the entrance of Chollipo Arboretum. Bus fares will vary, but expect to pay around 1,200 KRW for the bus ride.
