If you are driving from Chiang Mai, first take Route 11 (Super Highway) south towards Lampang. Continue on Route 11 until you reach Route 1. Follow Route 1 south until you reach the city of Bangkok. Once in Bangkok, switch to Route 4 which will take you all the way to Phuket. Upon reaching Phuket, follow the signs towards Thalang District, and then take the local roads to reach 3 หาดในทอน 5, Sakhu. Please note that this journey can take upwards of 18 hours, so consider planning for overnight rest stops along the way.
