Walking
If you're starting from Grace Bay Beach, walk east along the shoreline until you reach the junction with Long Bay Beach. From there, continue walking east along Long Bay Beach until you see the access point. It should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. Keep an eye out for the sign for Long Bay Beach Access #1, which will be near the entrance.

From the center of Providenciales, head towards the main road (Leeward Highway). Walk north towards the roundabout and take the exit towards Long Bay Hills. Continue along the road until you reach the beach area. Long Bay Beach Access #1 is located at the end of the road, marked with a small sign. This route may take around 45 minutes to 1 hour.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the airport area. Ride along Leeward Highway heading east. There are bike lanes available for part of the route.
