Walking
If you're starting from Grace Bay Beach, walk east along the shoreline until you reach the junction with Long Bay Beach. From there, continue walking east along Long Bay Beach until you see the access point. It should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. Keep an eye out for the sign for Long Bay Beach Access #1, which will be near the entrance.

From the center of Providenciales, head towards the main road (Leeward Highway). Walk north towards the roundabout and take the exit towards Long Bay Hills. Continue along the road until you reach the beach area. Long Bay Beach Access #1 is located at the end of the road, marked with a small sign. This route may take around 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the airport area. Ride along Leeward Highway heading east. There are bike lanes available for part of the route. Once you reach the junction with Long Bay Beach, follow the signs to the beach access point. This route is approximately 5 miles and should take about 20-30 minutes depending on your cycling speed.

You can take a local bus from the main bus stop in Providenciales towards Leeward. Inform the driver you want to get off at Long Bay Beach. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to Long Bay Beach Access #1. From there, it's a short walk to the beach. The bus ride typically takes about 20-30 minutes.
