From Ambleside, take the A593 towards Coniston, then merge onto the A5084 and follow signs for A591 towards Grange-over-Sands. Continue on A591 until you reach the roundabout in Grange-over-Sands. Take the second exit onto the A590, and after approximately 2 miles, take the exit toward Cark. Follow the signs for Holker Hall & Gardens. The entrance is located at Cark, Grange-over-Sands LA11 7PL. Parking is available on-site, but note that there may be a parking fee.

    For those using public transportation, take a train to Grange-over-Sands station, which is well connected to major cities like Manchester and Liverpool. From Grange-over-Sands station, it's about a 1.5-mile walk to Holker Hall & Gardens.
