If you are traveling by car, start from the central area of the Lake District National Park, such as Ambleside or Windermere. From Ambleside, take the A593 towards Coniston, then merge onto the A5084 and follow signs for A591 towards Grange-over-Sands. Continue on A591 until you reach the roundabout in Grange-over-Sands. Take the second exit onto the A590, and after approximately 2 miles, take the exit toward Cark. Follow the signs for Holker Hall & Gardens. The entrance is located at Cark, Grange-over-Sands LA11 7PL. Parking is available on-site, but note that there may be a parking fee.
