  • Car

    If you are driving from Sutherland, head south on the A9 road towards Inverness. Continue on the A9 until you reach the junction with the A82. Take the A82 exit towards Fort William and follow signs for the M74 towards Glasgow. Merge onto the M6 and then take the M1 towards London. Upon entering London, follow signs for Central London and then follow the signs for the River Thames. You can park at nearby parking garages such as the 'CitiPark' or 'NCP', which may charge around £30 for a day's parking. Once parked, walk towards the Thames Embankment where the Millennium Bridge is located at Thames Embankment, London EC4V 3QH.

    From Sutherland, take a train from the nearest station to your location to Inverness. Then, from Inverness, take a train south to London King's Cross station.
