If you are driving from Litoral, head southeast on Route 1 towards Montevideo. Continue on Route 1 for about 180 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Montevideo. As you approach the city, follow signs for Route 5 and merge onto it. Continue on Route 5 until you reach the intersection with Avenida Italia. Turn left onto Avenida Italia and follow it until you reach the intersection with Del Humedal street. Turn right onto Del Humedal, and you will find the entrance to Humedales del Santa Lucía on your right.
