Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Old Town of Hoi An, head towards the Japanese Covered Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Tran Phu Street. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Hai Ba Trung Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Le Hong Phong Street. Turn right onto Le Hong Phong and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass through a residential area. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Cua Dai Road. Continue walking for another 500 meters until you see a small sign for 'Basket Boat and Cooking Class Bong Hoi An' on your left. The address is Tổ 6 Khối Thanh Tây, Cẩm Châu, Hội An.

• Bicycle

  From the Old Town, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops. Head towards the Japanese Covered Bridge and cross it. Then, follow the same route as the walking directions: continue on Tran Phu Street, turn left onto Hai Ba Trung Street, then right on Le Hong Phong. Continue for about 1 kilometer and take the roundabout exit onto Cua Dai Road. After about 500 meters, look for the sign for 'Basket Boat and Cooking Class Bong Hoi An' on your left at Tổ 6 Khối Thanh Tây. The bike ride should take about 15-20 minutes.

• Boat

  If you want a unique experience, consider taking a boat ride along the river. You can start from the Old Town and hire a boat to take you along the Hoai River. Ask the boat operator to drop you off near the Cua Dai area. Once you disembark, navigate towards Cua Dai Road and look for the sign for 'Basket Boat and Cooking Class Bong Hoi An' about 500 meters down the road on your left. Ensure you confirm the drop-off point with the boat operator beforehand.
