Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Hoi An Ancient Town, head east towards Tran Hung Dao Street. Walk straight along this road until you reach the intersection with Nguyen Hue Street. Turn left onto Nguyen Hue Street and continue walking until you reach the Thu Bon River. Cross over the bridge, and you will find yourself on the other side of the river. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Cua Dai Street. Turn right onto Cua Dai Street and walk for about 1 kilometer. After a while, you will see signs directing you to Van Duc Pagoda on your left. Follow the signs for about 100 meters, and you will arrive at the pagoda.

  • Bicycle

    From Hoi An Ancient Town, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Start by cycling towards Tran Hung Dao Street and continue straight. Once you reach the intersection with Nguyen Hue Street, turn left. Keep cycling straight until you reach the Thu Bon River. Cross the bridge and proceed straight until you reach Cua Dai Street. Turn right on Cua Dai Street and cycle for about 1 kilometer. Look for signs indicating Van Duc Pagoda on your left. Follow the signs for another 100 meters until you reach the pagoda.

    Begin at the Hoi An Ancient Town area. Rent a motorbike from a local rental shop. Head east on Tran Hung Dao Street and then take a left onto Nguyen Hue Street. Continue until you reach the Thu Bon River, where you will cross the bridge. After crossing, stay on the main road and take a right onto Cua Dai Street. Drive for approximately 1 kilometer, and keep an eye out for the signs pointing toward Van Duc Pagoda on your left. Follow the signs for about 100 meters to arrive at the pagoda.
