As part of the visit, you will receive an individual admission ticket to the Auschwitz Historical Museum and a professional yours language speaking guide ( English French Spanish German Italian or Russian ). Visiting the camps takes place in groups of up to 30 people. You will also receive a set of headphones, with your guide speaking into a microphone during tour. You will be able to visit the death camp on a planned route, including the most important sightseeing points. The tour includes all permanent exhibitions and buildings at Auschwitz I (main camp) as well as the most significant original buildings at Auschwitz II Birkenau such as the prisoner barracks, the unloading platform (ramp) and the ruins of the gas chamber and crematoria II and III.

Ich kann durchweg nur positives Berichten. Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. Wir wurden sehr pünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Der Fahrer war sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Der komplette Tag lief Reibungslos ab. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Rückfahrt. Unser Fahrer Jan ist nochmal auf den Ausflug und die Führungen im Lager eingegangen. Hat auch nochmal dargestellt wie wichtig es gerade in der heutigen Zeit ist, das diese Geschehnisse niemals in Vergessenheit geraten. Einfach ganz toll. Wir waren sehr begeistert und möchten auf diesem Wege unserem Fahrer Jan nochmal herzliche Grüße ausrichten und Danke sagen für die tolle Tour.

El guía que nos acompañó durante la visita a Auschwitz fue muy profesional y no explicó toda la historia con mucho respeto. Igualmente, Marius, el conductor que nos recogió en Cracovia para llevarnos a Auschwitz fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Hizo el viaje de ida y vuelta muy ameno y nos dio información sobre la ciudad y nos recomendó sitios para visitar y comer. Cuando llegamos al campo de Auschwitz nos acompañó en todo momentos hasta encontrar nuestro guía para empezar la visita. Estamos muy contentos con el trato recibido.
