Our guide was excellent. The company had two French speaking persons with us. It was very difficult for all of us. In addition, everyone except for us, had not yet bought their Auschwitz tickets. therefore, we entered at 10:30, but they couldn’t enter until 12:30. It made our day at Krakow shorter than we had hoped. Once again, the guide was excellent.

My tour guide/ driver collected me at my hotel in Warsaw in a luxurious Mercedes Vito at about 06:30. We were four passengers in the vehicle which is an optimal number. The travel to Auschwitz was easy and done in comfort. The tour guide/ driver was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed seamless access to the Auschwitz site. Lunch was adequate, consisting of a sandwich, juice and fruit. From Auschwitz we travelled to Krakow where we spent 2 hours on a walking tour with a local tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Krakow Old Town. We travelled back to Warsaw and was again dropped off at my hotel at about 23:40. It was a long day, but thoroughly worthwhile and strongly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience on this trip,we wanna thank our guide-karol,not just because he arranged polish cuisine for us or his driving skill is smooth but because he is considerate, always care about us and be on time. I would say,He is on top of things. Especially I learn a lot from him,he talked about Poland’s history,it actually satisfied my curiosity of Poland, and love this country deeper. It’s five stars all the way. Thank you my bro,Karol.

We took the Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine Day Tour from Warsaw. Everything went smoothly. Our driver Karol picked us up in a private car at our Airbnb address near old town. He gave clear instructions on where to go, which tour to follow and where to meet afterwards at each destination. He was punctual, considerate and took good care of us. We had great conversations during the day’s long stretch of rides. It was lovely to chat with Karol, he offered lots of local’s insights that were interesting to us. The car was clean and comfortable. At Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine we joined bigger tour groups with professional guides. All of the guides were knowledgable and dedicated to what they do. We would book AB Poland Travel again in future visits and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Thank you Karol, our driver. Right on time and messaged before arrival. Karol was very friendly, courteous and we had many interesting conversations, including Polish food recommendations and tips for our stay in Warsaw. Although the driving was long it was well worth the visit to the camps and Krakow. Karol ensured we linked up with the main tour group in the camps, had tickets ready and met us when the camp tour finished. He was very patient with everything, never far away, and provided plenty of rest stops along the way. The camp tours were a bit rushed (nothing to do with AB Poland Travel) so you were in a rush to take photos and there was little time for reflection. It would seem the museum needs to keep groups moving due to the number of visitors.

Our driver Karol was excellent. Moving experience at Auschwitz followed by a refreshing beautiful tour of Krakow.

The tour was great ! Jacek is very funny and a great guide!! He explained and told us about the history of each place we visited, and always very willing to help. He was on time at the hostel to pick up us, and we arrived to Auschwitz at 9.30 more or less. The tour is about 3.30 hours (between AUSCHWITZ and BIRKENAU), after that we had lunch and then we went to Krakow. There we visited the old town, the market and the castle outside.

My wife and I recently did this tour with AB Poland Travel. It was a memorable time, and our driver was absolutely amazing. He made us feel very safe, got us to all our events on time, ordered us an amazing lunch, and ensured we had as good of a time as possible. The tour gives plenty of time at Auschwitz-Birkenau, and although we were a little apprehensive about going to Krakow for only two hours, honestly after the Auschwitz tour it was nice to be able to sit and have beer before the long ride home. The driver was what truly made this worth the money and would definitely recommend if you've a couple days in Warsaw.

Great experience! Our driver, Pawel, was fantastic, very informative, courteous, and always looking out for us. In Auschwitz you do a group tour. After Auschwitz we had a traditional Polish meal and went to Krakow. In Krakow we did a walking tour of the city with a guide, who also did an amazing job informing us about the history of the city. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to do all in a single day. A+
