Excellent and well organised trip. Experienced driver, very knowledgeable guide. a trip not to be missed! A poignant part of human history that everyone should see in their lifetime. We were picked up from our hotel just before 8am. We stopped en route for a bit to eat and arrived on time to Auschwitz for about 3 hours tour. We visited 2 camps Auschwitz and Birkenau. We came back at about 6pm.... A memorable day for our family.

Mikhail was a wonderful guide. He also took us to Stalag Luft III the previous day. He went out of his way to show is the railroad tracks outside of Auschwitz where prisoners were sorted. It was a bizarre juxtaposition to the new houses right across the street. Do not miss seeing Birkenau. With all that we have read and seen about the concentration camps, I got can prepare you for the enormity of Birkenau. Being there really brings home the extent of the horror inflicted by the Nazis during WWII. Incredibly impactful.

Deze plek moet je eens in je leven bezocht hebben, om te begrijpen wat nationalisme en racisme voor verschrikkelijke dingen teweeg kunnen brengen.
