A really enjoyable day out despite a couple of issues that the tour company could not be blamed for. First the funicular railway was closed for servicing (during the Easter hols? Not a great decision). Second, the weather was cloudy so the Mountain views were limited. Apart from that we had a good day made better by our outstanding guide Mike. He was very funny and knowledgable throughout the day. He does not know Kevin Costner though! 😉. Driver Peter should also get a mention. Quality safe skills in some tight spots. Highlights for our family were the town of Zakopane itself, the Shepherds hut vodka & cheese and the Thermal baths which we thought were fantastic. They are so well cared for, clean and tidy. We tried different ones, including the one with the swim up bar. The facilities are like Centre Parcs but much cleaner.

Really informative your guide. Lovely villages and free time to look around ourselves. The thermal pools were such a good experience.

Definitely worth the money! I enjoyed the whole day and found it relaxing 😎😎😎😎😎 I wish we would have had even more time at the wooden house village, but it was overall well planned.

Lovely scenery and the railway ride was good. The thermal spas ended off an amazing day. Tour guide was excellent.

MadisSander_L

Great guide and great experience! The thermal baths were not anything special, to be fair. There is nothing negative in regards to the day tour, but just do not have any high expectations for a "spa" experience. Otherwise, the day was perfect, and I would recommend everyone to book this trip!

Louis_G

It was a wonderful experience. The tour guide was also really friendly and on time to pick me up from the hotel to join the others. It would however be great if the tour guides could speak English
