Wrote review in TripAdvisor. Do not use Jupiter. Tour guide did not offer any historical facts or anecdotal facts about destinations throughout trip. Then had the nerve to approach each person to ask for minimal $12 per person! Outrageous!

Things started out well. They picked us up on time at 8:05 am and the bus was very comfortable. We went to Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent and Marymere Falls. The sites were beautiful and breathtaking. But what happened after the last site left a bad taste in my mouth. When it came time to tip, my husband and I gave $20. The tour guide said to us,"$12 per person". I said, "So this is mandatory?" The tour guide replied yes. An additional $4 isn't a big deal money wise, but the fact that not only is a tip itself mandatory but also the amount is not good business. If you are going to make a tip and the amount of the tip mandatory, put that in the description of the booking. Or, call it a prepaid gratuity and include it in the price of the ticket. I felt very uncomfortable being forced to tip a specific amount past what was already given with the guide just standing there not leaving until we gave him four more dollars. A tip is not a tip if the business forces you to give it. Also, keep in mind on the way back you may have to wait a couple hours for the next ferry. We originally were supposed to be back by 7 pm but weren't back until about 9:15 pm. It was a very long day that unfortunately for me did not end on a high note.

We took this tour on May 11 2024 and it was a very disappointing experience. The pick up was 15 min late so we missed our 6.30pm ferry ride back to Seattle. The tour guide did not offer any historical or interesting facts about our destinations throughout the trip. Misinformation about Lake Crescent having NO fish at all. Also that we had to buy our own ferry ticket if we wanted to get off the bus at the ferry station ON THE RIDE BACK. You do not need to buy a ticket to RETURN to Seattle. To top it off, he announces that he will start collecting tips after the lake visit and approached EACH person to ask for a minimal $12 PER PERSON!! NEVER taking any tour by JUPITER again. First Worse experience I had with a tour booked with Viator.

Love the nature but this is the WORST group tirp I’ve ever had in my whole life…so much worser than my elementary school trip to pick up trash on the beach… Let me justify: firstly, the guide knew NOTHING about this amazing national park. Our guide was Mr Chen btw. All he had to say was when to come back to the bus and some obvious info like “this lake is a lake” 😅 what a great guide…also, he mentioned tips between $12-$15 per person were MANDATORY. The way he said it sounded like we were rubbed. He said it firmly like we would never get off the bus if we didn’t tip him. We tipped him for the sake of courtesy, even though he did not meet the basis as a tour guide. Secondly, the whole trip was a mess. The whole company was extremely unprepared. The ferry delayed because it was full, so we delayed our return from 6 to 7. This was understandable as sometime it could happen. BUT..yeah here comes the BUT. They later told us it was delayed again to 8pm. We missed our dinner and every other plan afterwards. It’s a bummer to us, and it show how unprofessional they are. Please think twice before you book this trip. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. National park is such a beautiful place that is worth a better guide.

We had an incredible time visiting the Olympic National Park in Seattle, experiencing the snow-capped mountains and breathtaking scenery. Our tour guide, Mr. Duan Wong, was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable, sharing insights about Seattle's geography. We feel fortunate to have had such a fantastic guide for the day. Thank you!

The hike through the rainforest at lake crescent was unbelievable. The waterfall is gorgeous at the end of the hike and the Hurricane Ridge overlook was breathtaking. 10/10 experience, only wish we had more time to see other gems of the park but you can only see so much in 1 day.

Tony was our tour guide. He was a very good driver and gave us plenty of time at each stop to take pictures and was very patient with us as we hiked to the waterfall. He was also very friendly and engaged in conversation with everyone.

Tony was our tour guide, he was very friendly and is a good driver. We had plenty of time at our stops; I got tons of pictures and videos. The waterfall was absolutely amazing. It was a nice hike, be sure to wear hiking or rainboots. If you're solo, get to the meeting spot early so you can sit in the front with the tour guide. I enjoyed my front row view!

Mia was our guide to Olympic National Park. She is an excellent host and made us feel welcome. She provided great information about the park and wildlife. She has loads of positive energy and we were able to do some hiking and exploring during the day. We went to Crescent Lake, Marymere Falls, and Ediz Hook. All wonderful and we had so much fun. Mia will make sure you are well taken care of on this trip!

This is a tour with all Chinese, our guide and driver doesn't give enough time to every viewpoint,we don't even go to some promised destination. Most of our time spend on driving. The guide let us go to the viewpoint by ourselves and we all walked saperately which is very dangerous in forest. Also he doesn't introduce the places with all group members but would rather talk to one of the member. We have been charged $12 more each person.
