I was waiting at Manly for the return ferry to Circular Quay, along with several other customers. The ferry did not arrive. As wifi was not provided on the jetty, i had to switch on my data roaming to check email to find out the ferry had been cancelled. I had to use 2 buses and a train to get back to the city. The lady at the kiosk advised me that a member of staff had been sick and therefore they had to cancel the ferry. As i had only reveived half of the service purchased, i asked for a 50% refund. I was advised that the best she could do was to give me a ticket to revist the following day. I am significantly out of pocket not only for the 2 buses and train i had to use to get back but also for the extortionate roaming charge so that i could find out where the ferry was! To add to the insult, i am disabled and returning back on public transport caused me physical difficulties. Very poor business organisation , no contingency planning for staff shortages.

Crashed...yes, our ferry crashed into the cement seawall - no slowing down, no reversing, no trying to avoid the crash. My kids were asleep downstairs across several seats because it was a long day of sightseeing. My husband & I were standing upstairs talking to other passengers. I heard my husband say, "I don't think he's going to stop." I looked at what he was looking at, in shock watched the boat head towards land, I heard the captain yell something on the loud speaker, we hit, and then I went flying. After the crash, the captain and his first mate were discussing whether they should call it in or not. I'm not sure what that means. After assessing the boat and whether they were taking on water, they asked if anyone was hurt. We told them yes, I was bleeding. When we left the boat, we were told someone would be contacting us. No one has. I emailed Fantasea the next morning and a few times after. No one has contacted us. No one has even refunded the tickets thus far. They have cameras everywhere on the boat. I'm not sure what they're trying to hide.

This is good way to get an overview of the city. You will have a chance to explore the red and the blue route.

A bit disappointing, on the day we used the pass, they were operating a reduced service, which meant we either had to stay on board all the way around or get off at one place and be stuck for several hours. Nice cruise but not a good on hop off service

Lunch at Doyle's, the views from the boat, the crew, Watson's Bay, and Manley Beach. The whole day was spectacular. The crew was very friendly and helpful.

We got the 2 day hopper pass. It was great to get around to all the popular spots on the harbour and not crowded like the other ferry company. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

In Watson Bay, we were in the long que. Another company boat came and people were getting off. We were waiting in the line. Then Fantasea boat come and anchored around the corner. We thought the line was for both. Then suddenly, Fantesea Boat left. When we enquired, the lady in the front said we had to come in front to make another line. How would we have known that. Should the lady working for Fantasea come out and say that anybody for Fantesea, please come forward to another line? This lady was on the phone when we enquired and said that to wait when in fact the boat has already left. poor customer service at watson bay...
