Horrible Experience!! Told us they would start at seven said they weren’t starting till 830 didn’t meet in the correct place! Left us!! Never got to even go on!!

Choose another company! We were told to be at the bus location at 8:15pm for a night tour that lasts 90 min. We were there a few minutes early. After some difficulty and confusion at the door we boarded, waited 30 minutes then they drove around bust Times Square before stopping again and waiting 30 more minutes for why? We don’t know…. Finally started out but by then weather had gotten cool, our guide was nice but no knowledge of the places we were seeing except what stars might live there …. We got back after 1030pm. Not a fan of this bus , it wasn’t full when others were so now I know why.

The bus did not come to the pick up spot at 7 pm . Who knows when it came or where but it was not at red lobster at 7 pm. Very frustrating. So we never did the trip

This was the worst tour experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t know when we were going to start the tour and the driver patronized my frustrations with the fact that they had nobody else booked on the tour and wanted to delay our start in hopes that others would join. They didn’t narrate the tour at all so we basically paid for a really expensive Uber ride around town! Would not recommend!!

The bus wasn’t there, they told us it’s no longer operating so we had to buy tickets from a different bus tour agency. I called my credit card Company to dispute my transaction with the NYIC tour and hopefully I will get a full refund asap.

We made reservations 3 weeks ago. NO BUS SHOWED UP.!!! NO notice it was NOT occurring. We were so looking forward to going on tour...but NO emails, texts, calls or someone to let us know it was not going to happen. We got to designated meeting spot 15 min early and stood out in cold for an hour to see if was going to happen. Spent $85 round trip to get a taxi down to meeting place AND THEY DIDNT SHOW UP. I tried to call and could not get in touch with anyone. We deserve a REFUND OF THE $98 for NO tour, as well as the $85 for taxi fees. After the fact, I talked to someone and they said that I would get refund. None yet. RIDICULOUS! TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. How do they stay in business? Trip Advisor and Viator should not put them on their sites.

we were never picked and we reached out to courier and no response as well as called customer service to site we booked through and they did not receive a response either. We were advised to walk to another spot to be picked up...NO SHOW there also. I am so outdone

The bus didn’t even show up! Trip advisor sold me tickets thru Viator and I was charged and showed up at the required time and place and waited 30 minutes and called 3 times. No call backs no bus! Rip OFF!!

Sunset tour booked for 6pm but did not depart until after dark at 7pm. No communication from staff. They were busy drumming up more passengers on the street at a cheaper rate than I had paid online. Downloaded the app but repeatedly got an error downloading the tour or trying to play from the website. So there was no commentary on the “tour”. On the plus side it was fairly cheap at ~$22 and we did get to see the lights of the city at night and it was a full 75 minutes.

Charles_M

I wasn’t able to experience the ride because it started an hour and a half late, not to mention they were selling $5 tickets when I arrived
