Before you set sail, please note that the Florida Wildlife and Conservation Commission requires a FL Boaters certificate for anyone born after 1/1/1988 who wishes to operate a boat without a captain. However, at least one passenger born before that date can exempt the group from this requirement. Additionally, a $300 security deposit is required before departure, which can be obtained online at www.boat-ed.com/floridarental in the rental details section. The boat will be delivered to and returned from our marina, where free but limited parking is available.
