From the minibus we will take a short walk to visit the outside of the Mar Lodge.

Linn O' Dee

This beautiful gorge is one of the highlights of this tour. You will be guided on a 3.5km walk through Caledonian pine forest to the Lui water then down to see the stunning Linn o’ Dee.

River Quoich

You will take a short 1.5km walk to visit the Quoich Punchbowl where the Earl of Mar toasted the start of the 1715 Jacobite uprising. Legend states they poured a barrel of whisky into the Punchbowl. Our guides will be delighted to share their knowledge of the area with you.
