Easy transfer to both Auschwitz and Birkenau camps. Organised well and clear and empathic explanation throughout the tour by Jakub.

The trip within the camps was very good. Jakub (ComFort Tours guide) did the commentary, with the camp guide just along for the walks. Jakub was well informed, easy to understand, and had a good pace. The pre-trip issues were commutation and a major change in tour time. The majority of our trip participants was a group together from a single hotel and had scheduled a sunrise start. There were a few of us who were independent, were staying in other parts of town, and had scheduled a tour 3 hours later. Up to the night before the tour all ComFort Tours commutation had been by email, but that night they switched to WhatsApp. We didn't realize this and got their trip changes very late. ComFort Tours decided to move us independents to the large group's sunrise start time (missing breakfast) and required us independents to find our way in the dark across town to the hotel of the large group. All worked out okay, but not good customer service.

We done the tour today and it was brilliant our guide jakub was amazing so informative more than happy to answer all our questions with great knowledge I would highly recommend also picked up and dropped off at our hotel it made it very easy

After been let down with original booking we then manged to book through our hotel. we were picked up by the very nice JAKUB and driver the tour was so emotional and JAKUB very knowledgeable although we feel emotional it was an amazing experience for us thankyou .

Very informative and excellent guide. Jakub did a wonderful job of giving us a great understanding of what happened amd why we would not want anything like this to happen again.

The description is pretty misleading. You're really only paying for transportation to the museum. I was under the impression when I booked that we would get there and immediately go in as a group with a guide on a semi-private tour. In reality, you are just driven to the Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and then booked with on of their guides. This would've been fine, however when we showed up they said there was no English tours for over an hour, so we had to wait around until the English tour time was available.

Excellent Tour Great Guide We was collected at the agreed time by Piotr who was a very friendly careful driver. It was a 6.40am start but well worth getting up early for especially as it was 27C by 1pm! Auschwitz is such an important part of German and Polish history that should never ever be forgotten. It was great to see so many school/college age students visiting. It is a very dark period of WW2 that is hard to accept as it involved over 1 million people. To hear only 7,000 survived is too sad to comprehend. If you are visiting Krakow it is a part of history everyone should be aware of. The holocaust definitely happened!

Very informative and whilst shocking the whole day facility was very respectful of the dead and all the visitors I saw acted impeccably.

It was a really insightful experience and we learned a lot regarding this dramatic moment in our history. Jakub, our guide, was perfect: he knows a lot about the subject and shared many information in a clear english and with lot of emotions in his explanaitons, thanks Jakub!

Was cancelled night before after paying in full a week before not explanation main reason I come to Poland ruined my holiday as I couldn’t re book
