Bit of a walk up the hill but nice to see. Lots of wildlife on the road to the top. Guided tour available if you want to see more

Been to lake como many times and had never heard of Montecchio, if you are interested interested in anything ww1/ww2 well worth a visit. The guide took time to explain in English although we where the only to non Italians in the group

Great tour, neat fort to visit if you are in the area. Our tour guide Luca was very good. He didn't rush and gave us plenty of time to explore and ask questions. Last part of the tour when stepping out onto the top of the fort was cool with really nice views.

Loved all the period costumes. Great information and history. English speakers. I learned a lot. Bring the kids. Very enthusiastic staff.

I came from Portugal on purpose to see this fortification from the Great War. What a wonderful tour guided by "Max"! Well Hajam! Continue to promote the value of the historical-military heritage and the beauty of your region Como | Colic😀

Bellissima visita guidata. Interno del forte molto suggestivo, vista dall'alto del forte meravigliosa

Fort from the First World War which can be visited with a guide in English or Italian. There are also information sheets in German so that you can understand everything easily. The fort can also be visited with a dog, which I thought was great.

Forte molto belli e ben conservato.

Guida bravissima e preparata bilingue (italiano e inglese) nonché disponibile. Un tuffo nel passato. Tutto perfettamente conservato e in ordine. Non ancora frequentato come merita.

Stefano M

bellissimo, vista spettacolare sul lago di Como, presenti ancora i cannoni originali come moltissimi "reperti" dell'epoca. Unico neo: la ragazza che faceva da guida non era molto preparata.
