Skip driving & ride the bus! The hop on/off tour worked perfectly for us. Choose where you want to go, get off the bus then pop back on when you’re done hiking, shopping or eating. Parking was tough at some locations so we were happy to have the bus. Stops are well-marked, drivers & company staff are friendly & provide great narrative. The buses ran on or close to schedule. Buses were clean & comfortable. The views even from the bus were spectacular. All in all it was a great experience & I wouldn’t change a thing. Great value too! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful service! Great tour of Blue Mountains, Katoomba & Leura! Drivers drove very safely and offered great information on stops! Thank You!

This service from Katoomba Centre, right across from the rail station, is fantastic value for money and the Blue Mountains are just stunning. I believe children travel free. We spent the whole day hopping on and off the bus, moving from one amazing viewpoint or walking trail to another, plus spent two hours, including a lunch stop, in the beautiful village of Leura. There are over 30 stops on the route that you can choose from. The tickets office provides a guide book that explains every stop, viewpoint and 18 suggested walks. The bus was very clean and comfortable and the drivers were very friendly and very knowledgeable, giving lots of fascinating history and facts along the route. If you have more than one day in the area, they will extend your ticket for free! The bus also stops and picks up at Scenicworld if you have or wish to purchase tickets for this attraction. A camera is a must, as are comfortable walking shoes.

Kylie the bus driver - friendly and very knowledgeable - felt like we had our very own private tour guide

All of it, great service and commentary on the bus, drivers knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful . Definitely a great way to see the blue mountain attractions

We loved the whole experience from the train out to the bus. Such a good scenic tour. We were blessed with lovely weather

If you have a pushchair or limited mobility this might be useful. For us (a moderately fit 56 yo couple) this was as much use as a chocolate teapot. There is one bus that operates a loop that takes 1 hour - just walk where you want to go, a d catch uber or local bus as you need it

I've done quite a few Big Bus tours in different places and without doubt this is one of the best. You get a really good map and guide. It's incredibly easy to do a walk from one stop to another through waterfalls, trails, views, panoramas etc and catch up with the next bus. They all come on time, the drivers are incredibly helpful and pleasant. I did think about driving around, parking and it really isn't worth it. Just get on the bus! You won't regret it.

This is a really convenient bus ride, and the driver is extremely nice and friendly. You can take the bus to many good points of view.

Right from the staff at the booking office to the great informative bus driver the whole hop on hop off experience was great, could not fault it, but could fault the weather. I have been here many times, but my poor friend had not and due to low cloud he could not see anything. Which just means we have to go again, YAY!
