Very enjoyable and informative. Our guide shared interesting history and anecdotes of the region. Don't miss the introductory video at Boldt Castle. And the history of the Rock Island Lighthouse is amazing. The day was cool so the windows were kept down. I think a warmer day with the windows rolled up would allow for better viewing.

Our boat captain was entertaining and very knowledgeable, giving us many interesting facts about the Thousand Islands. Boldt Castle was an amazing place with so many beautiful gardens and structures besides just the mansion itself. We could have used another half hour or hour just to tour the castle and grounds.

They cancelled the tour 60 minutes before we got on the boat And we had to scramble to find another one with another company

We had the best day. It was a fun and well informed trip it was beautiful. And the castle was so amazing the full story makes it even more interesting. Michelle was the perfect person to guide us on the river he had so much first hand knowledge of the area joe was a great boat captain I look forward to doing it again

I never took the trip I was in Alex Bay and the boat trip was in Clayton Your ticket should be much clear about where to board the boat. I try was my first time there so I was unaware that the was a second place to board. There was no time to get to Clayton. So I had to but another ticket for a different trip. Very disappointed.

Great energy and scenery. Breathtaking view, nice staff. A lot of history behind it, especially the 1000 islands

Our tour guides on the boat trip were amazing! Enjoyed their humor yet informative guidance. Captain Scott and im sorry i forgot the guides name! Boldt castle was absolutely beautiful, just crowded and fast paced. Would have loved to have more time to really appreciate the intricacies of the structures and the furnishings.

Joanne_L

I was there in 1992 and the castle was in ruins but they did a fantastic job of restoring it to its beauty. Our guide on the boat ride was amazing and guide did an out of this world job. Very informative
