This was a bucket list experience! Shannon is such a joyful teacher who perfectly balances humour and wisdom. She also makes the class accessible for all levels. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Location - Starting off with epic views of Manhattan skyscrapers, you feel charged by the energy of the city surrounding you. But with Central Park being the oasis it is, the peace and zen that yoga deserves is easily found. Practicing in a nature sanctuary is such a gem in NYC. The fresh outdoors is the perfect environment. Instructor - I heard her very clearly and she couldn't have been friendlier. I was warmly welcomed and led through a beautiful flow, decorated with yogic wisdoms. She knows her stuff! The Yoga - The poses themselves were not overly complicated, yet I still felt challenged enough. It was a very well organized flow, and I felt complete at the end of it. A yogi at any level could appreciate the class. The warm tea at the end of class was chef's kiss. I absolutely loved waking up from savasana with a little cup of warm tea by my side. This was seriously one of the best yoga classes I have ever taken, if not THE BEST! I would definitely recommend this class to anyone!

Shannon is an incredible instructor surrounded by an incredible atmosphere. Shannon led a great yoga flow that left our group stretched out and ready to take on the day.
