We had Ryan C. as our tour guide yesterday for Crystal River. It was an amazing tour. A good combo of informative, adventurous, and peaceful! The perfect way to spend a Sunday morning. Ryan C. was very kind, welcoming, and knew so much great information about the springs, the area, the wildlife. We were really happy with how careful he was about the wildlife too. He also took some great pics of us together. We really enjoyed being on the tour with him and Three Sister's Springs at Crystal River is just breathtaking. We've been telling all our friends about it and recommending it to anyone we can. As first time clients we were so happy and we look forward to booking another kayaking trip with Get Up And Go Kayaking soon.

I’m giving 5 stars cos Izzy our tour guide was so fabulous. Beautiful surroundings for sure but we travelled 2 hours as it was advertised as kayaking with manatees. Immediately we arrived, we discovered they’ve pretty much gone by the end of March. Our bad, I guess. Good fun but we could have kayaked much closer to our holiday home.

Izzy was our tour guide and was so friendly and informative. She also does some group photography. We saw turtles, lots of birds, a dolphin that surfaced very close to our kayak AND a Manatee! We will return during the winter months before migration and join this tour again. Thank you again Izzy!

Took the 9:00 am tour with Izzy. What a great trip we had! She pointed out the wildlife as we were paddling and gave us tine to enjoy the Three Sisters Springs once we arrived there. Also recommended fun local places to visit as well. Would def recommend this tour.

We had so much fun. The weather was fantastic and we got to see some beautiful manatees. They are incredible up close, especially when they swim alongside, and right under your kyack. There were also many turtles and fish. The water in the springs of the Crystal River was so clear and beautiful. Our guide, Ryan C, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. We would highly recommend this tour.

We had a great time! We did a 9:00am tour with James and were the only ones there so it was basically a private tour and we’re able to cover a little more ground. It was great that our tour guide worked with us and helped give us the experience we were looking for. We went early May and saw about 7 manatees. James was very chill and informative and was fun but also helped keep us safe! This seems to be a great company and I think the 2 hour stretch is a solid amount of time to really enjoy the experience. I was so happy we were able to see manatees and snorkel for a brief, yet adequate amount of time in the springs area! It was really cool to see where the spring water was coming out of the ground as well as sheep fish, mullet fish, and other creatures! We didn’t see any gators but I did hear that occasionally there may be 1 or 2 on the land area. It’s something I was initially worried about but I felt safe while I was there. The waterways are also wide enough that it doesn’t feel sketchy in terms of possibly being near a gator on the land. I highly recommend this tour!

Our kayaking experience with Get Up and Go Kayaking at Crystal River was marred by key issues: No safety briefing or equipment check. Total guide abandonment. Shortened tour duration. Negative guide interaction. The lack of proper safety protocols and equipment guidance left us standard a 1/2 mile from the group fending off boats & wakes. James, stranded and berated us and left us both going in and coming back. The website states the excursion lasts 2-2.5 hours & our total was 1.5 hours. James’ unprofessional and disrespectful attitude further soured our experience. Consider these factors before booking here as neither safety or an enjoyable experience is what they offer.

Superb experience. Ryan C was our tour guide and he was awesome, knowledgeable friendly, engaging. It’s the off season for manatees but we were pleasantly surprised when we saw mom and baby manatee so close so clear. We went by so many little cool areas and three sister springs was magical. Highly recommend and hope to return. Thanks so much Ryan C!
