We had such a great experience and fantastic value. It is a lovely location, great set up & really well run and authentic. Only note is have a big breakfast as you eat your own pasta but later on in the afternoon (it’s delicious!)

Overbooked which resulted in only a few people able to experience the actual prep and cooking. There was no meat and not a restaurant environment.

The class had potential, unfortunately this was overshadowed by the size of the group. 20+ participants do not fit in this space. It would be better suited for 10 or fewer people. The instruction was good however again due to the size of the group few people had the opportunity to be hands on, and since it was family style preparations most participants only made pasta shapes while 1 or 2 people assisted the host in making the sauce. The host was very knowledgeable about the region and the Trulli house they live in. It's hard to give much more than 3 stars but with some refinement and extra attention to the lessons and group size this could have potential to be great.

The whole experience was very authentic italian. It is like coming to someone’s house and you are helping them prepare lunch while learning a bunch of interesting facts about their way of cooking:) The whole vibe was very relaxed and fun. The final result was soooooo delicious! I would definitely recommend it! 🤗

A memorable experience with my 11 year old daughter! We enjoyed playing with the pasta dough and attempting to make the different shapes. The lunch was delicious and the trulli home was interesting.

We learned new things about pasta and pugliesi culture and got hands on training in making orecchiette and sauces to go with it. The meal was delicious and the ladies worked very hard to accomodate everyone. We also enjoyed learning more about the trulli houses. It was an enjoyable day and we recommend it!

Wonderful host who made us feel very welcome, we were actually there just over 5 hours making the sauces, pasta, looking over her garden, Trulli and hearing the history of the area, for food as well as the house. 10 of us in total, another English family and 2 Dutch ladies, and we all had a lovely experience - thank you

This was a really great experience. Different from other cooking classes we've done as it was a larger group (approx. 13) but it worked well. Much of the time was spent making the Orecchiette pasta and practicing the technique, while Simona relayed the history of Puglia, regional pasta shapes and what sauces can and more importantly cannot be served together. The class location is at her farm, where she lives in a trullo house and she provided a great explanation of the significance and history of the traditional dwelling. Simona is a really down to earth, easy person and is a wealth of information.
