What to expect?
Experience in a two and a half hour workshop how to make your own "Pralines & Mendiants" in the very Belgian style with 100% organic and artisanal cocoa from "Chunchos," which is a community in Cusco recognized for having some of the best organic cocoa in the world. Our workshop takes place in the heart of Cusco, where before getting our hands dirty, we'll explore the rich history and culture of chocolate. You will be able to take with you around 21 Pralines and 10 Mendiants of your own creation. With a whole range of toppings to choose from, such as homemade local jam and an extensive variety of local and organic nuts, you can get inspired on what kind of filling to put on them. Additionally, you will learn how to make a delicious hot chocolate.
