Great Experience- our guide Rod was so knowledgeable and a fantastic guide. We had a great time! The attractions were great- we got to see crocodiles- swim in a creek- long walk across the white sand beach where the rainforest meets the ocean… and the food was great! 5 stars

This was a great excursion in that it covered the highlights of the Daintree Forest in a day. Randall was an excellentl tour guide in that he was very knowledgeable as well as flexible in modifying the order of things to accommodate the weather and road conditions. The lunch spot was wonderful and the meal was great.

I highly recommend this small group trip. Going to the Daintree Forest and Mosman Gorge has always been something I wanted to do. My husband I had a wonderful day. Rod, our guide is very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about the wet tropics. The day included a delightful lunch and stop for a quick swim in a mountain stream. Fantastic!

Had a wonderful day. Gary was a great guide giving by us just the right amount of information. A good variety of activities to see and do.

We had an amazing day and saw such a lot! Our guide told us a lot about the localities we travelled through on the way up to Daintree, and the forest walk was fascinating. He pointed out birds, creepies and the vegetation. Good value lunch stop with a swim in the gorge. So glad we were able to complete the tour as the road up from Port Douglas had been badly damaged by the storms and was being re-built. I should have liked to hear more about the aboriginal life - but to do that you need more time and access to an Aboriginal guide

From my personal perspective I was rather disappointed with the day. First, we got to see very little of Mossman Gorge. When I asked about the signed lookout that would have been of interest for photos Rob just said, oh it just looks down into that same pool. No sooner off the bus at Mossman than back on. The crocodile river trip was good and we did see one croc. The tea stop, in my opinion, was unnecessary, without which we could have had more time elsewhere. The beach was nice but ultimately it was just another beach that had nothing particularly of interest. The walk in the Noah area rainforest was good and possibly the highlight of the day but again a little too rushed. We always seemed to be on a tight schedule. For me this wasn’t value for money and I could have achieved more using my hire car and going at a more leisurely pace. It is probably ideal for families if you don’t mind spending most of the day on a minibus and being rushed from place to place. Sorry but that is my honest opinion of my day.

Rob was a fantastic guide providing so much information about the rainforest with interesting stories. We all had a wonderful day and the tour was broken up well so there wasn’t too much driving at a time.

This outing provided us with a worry free travel day into the remote Daintree rain forest. Our driver guide, Gary, picked us up on time, took our lunch order, and got us headed up the Captain Cook Highway. He shared history of Port Douglas, flooding and damage caused by the 2023 cyclone, and the Sugarcane Industry (picture). At our first stop, Mossman’s Gorge, he shared a lot of plant botany as we walked along the elevated walkway. Then heading on to, Daintree River, we enjoyed a morning tea, before a short cruise to spot crocodiles. We saw the 15 meter croc called Scarface. Driving on we then visited a very private rainforest trail. Gary led the way, as he pointed out creatures and plants, and answered questions. We then head back to Cooper Creek for a great lunch and a swim. We stopped at Thorton Beach and the Daintree Ice Cream shop before driving back to Port Douglas. Best fun swimming in Cooper Creek, best education private rainforest stop, best scenic stop Thorton Beach and best guide Gary. Gary engaged with everyone personally along the way and gave a lot of attention to children and our questions. Worst part is a lot of drive time which was expected.

Great tour with Randall! Pick up and drop off were easy, and we learned a lot about the rain forest and outlying areas. Everything was as advertised, and lunch was good also! Recommend!

The entire tour was great and our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. He was very good at spotting the various wildlife and insects. The only thing I would add to others is maybe eat something light before the tour because the morning tea was 3.5 hours in to it. The morning tea and lunch were both great.
