We had a scheduling conflict. We appreciated that they worked with us easily so that we were able to tour the monument.

Our tour was great. Our guide, Zuma, was fantastic. We were able to spend time at all the monuments and take pictures. Zuma was very knowledgeable about the history of each.

Sally and Chris were great resources. They were able to navigate us thru the Cherry Blossom crowd. Enough time at the memorial and monuments to recognize their historical value and their meaning.

Excellent tour, it was EXACTLY as described. Included all the top 10 DC sites and a timed ticket to the Washington Monument which is hard to get. Would definitely recommend. Plus, James, the tour guide was the GOAT, greatest of all time. He knows every date, every monument, every person. Unbelievable.

The Washington monument tour was not included in the bus tour. It was a whole separate experience by itself. Very confusing. The bus tour guide guy tho really nice, just kept on repeating his historical facts over and over again. I feel like it wasn’t very informative. I would not recommend the guided tour. It adds close to nothing to the experience. Going by yourself is better.

We booked the tour thinking it would be easier to ride a bus and see a lot rather than walking everywhere. Stopped at the Capitol, White House and also saw 6 memorials plus tickets to the Washington Monument. Stop at the Capitol was ok. Was on the West side of the Capitol but was only at the street level and wasn't enough time to walk up closer to the building. The stop at the White House was on the south end of the Ellipse which was pretty far away. Yes, I saw the White House but thought the stop would be closer. Stopped to visit Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, and Korean War Memorial. Would have liked to stay longer at the Lincoln Memorial but had to keep up with the group. Had to rush to get my daughters National Parks passports stamped. Also stopped at FDR and MLK memorials. Did not stop at the Jefferson Memorial, although it was not far from the FDR memorial. Also stopped at the WWII Memorial, which was beautiful. Bus tour was about 3 hours (10am - 1pm) and was given tickets for Washington Memorial at 3:30. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to and shared a wealth of information. We learned a lot that we would not have otherwise heard. With a lackluster stop at the White House and feeling rushed at some of the memorials, I struggle if the tour was worth the money. Part of me wonders if I would have preferred doing it on my own and being able to spend more time at the memorials I was most interested in (and visit the Jefferson Memorial). In the end, it was very convenient to get on / off the bus and we learned a lot from James. Just be prepared that it can be a large group (ours had about 20 people) and is constantly moving so you may not get as much time as you want at some of the memorials.

I booked my ticket and tried cancelling immediately but the cancellation fee was full amount so I dropped an email they reached back saying they enquired with the guide or the person who reached me And as per the information they are not able to refund the amount saying iam not at the venue( when I reached the guide and said iam not coming to the venue as I was trying to cancel and when tried to cancel immediately it is showing full fee for cancellation) then he guide or the person cut the phone without any other answer. Not sure what enquiry was done sent me an email saying they can’t do refund. Thank you

Enjoyed seeing so much in a short time. The ride was clean. Left on time and we got to go to many if the places folks would like to see. A great trip. The only negative was that since we also paid to go up the Washing monument we were give our passes as we boarded. The trip was to last roughly 3 hours. We started at 10 AM and should end around 1. But our passes were set for 3PM. So it was a long wait to get into the tour. My suggestion would be to try to set that time a bit closer to the end of the bus tour ending so as to not make people to wait so long. However the guides were great and I enjoyed our time here.
