Water is extremely cold. When my 7 yr old went into the pool and was joined by my 10yr old, she was promptly told to get out of that pool as she was too big. My 7yr old couldn't go on the slides with the 10 yr old as he was too small. They both hated the place and even though we had 9 visit tickets we didn't bother to go back!

A good safe and enjoyable water park. Not many queues and good mix of rides. Not much for children under 1.2m though

Pros Booked tickets online and received an 8% discount, tickets sent to your email address/phone Cons No separate queue to access the park for pre booked tickets. Arrived before 10am and didn't gain access for nearly 45 minutes. Plenty of staff in the booths however it became clear why it was taking so long to get in. Chat chat chat amongst themselves and getting very little work done. We were left at the window whilst Mary left and returned a few minutes later to continue her chat with others in the booth, eventually gained access - farcical! Whilst waiting outside in the queue a young boy was sick to the side on the path. His mum asked a member of staff if they could clean it up or cone it off to stop people walking in it. This wasn't done in the time we were queuing. Several people walked right through it including staff members who went straight through the side gate. My issue with this is this, most children if not all of them move around the park in bare feet and they were walking right through where it had been walked in. The fixed sun parasols are low in height with one or two of them being very dangerous. My 15 year old hit his head on the protruding metal frame The snack bar/cafe was a shambles. Very very long wait to order the food and an even longer wait for it to be ready. Very dry plain food which I wouldn't feed to my dog. Tables were dirty and littered with abandoned trays from previous customers. The trolleys to return your trays were full. Again there were plenty of staff about but doing a great job of looking busy and doing absolutely nothing. As residents it was a disappointing first visit and we wouldn't rush to go back

Family of 10 visitors here for half a day. When we arrived, we found the changing rooms to be very small with showers having only cold water. The lockers were very expensive, and only one machine was working to get a locker. Some of the slides were closed off for some reason, and others had a very long queue to get rings. There was a major shortage, to be honest. This ruined the experience for me as we couldn't go down the slides together due to the difficulty in getting rings. The staff in the kids' pool were definitely over the top, as they acted as if they were in the army or something.

Gates didn't open till half 10 even though park advertised opens at 10am. we was moved in to another line when gates did open, to find out that it was the line for people who booked through a certain hotel (which we didn't, we booked online), the member of staff did not say this when opened up the new line. we then had to wait a further 15 mins to be checked in by the right person. after all this we managed to get into the park. there are quite a few slides and a nice size pool. myself and my son (16) managed to get a go on everything. however my daughter (7) only 1.1mtr tall, did not, as she was only allowed on 3 slides and the pool. this wasn't very exciting for her. and the day was short.

Actually really good, I read some reviews that weren't great but we had a good time. We were staying in a villa so had cars so it was only a 5 minute drive and got a car parking space no problem. Went with my 2 kids aged 13 and 11, had to pay adult price for 13 year old so €70 for the 3 of us. Then we had to pay €7 for the large locker which gives you a 6 digit code to lock and unlock at your leisure. As for the park it's well laid out and the slides are good, you can tell its been rough round th edges previously but they've padded some slides and some areas which were probably a bit rough before. Some staff ok, could do better with the larger slides (Red and Blue ones) as they only allow 1 person at a time so they could do better and move the line faster but hey ho. Anyway all in all worth a visit, not siam park as someone mentioned previously but worth a day out

Was getting a bit worried reading some reviews on this place b4 we went, we opted for the half day ticket just to keep things a bit cheaper. Deffo worth a trip here for couple hours, was Saturday afternoon, wasn't too busy few lines at the rapids waiting on a tyre other than that most slides u was up as fast as u was down. Staff were great all had a good understanding of English and told you how to go down the slides. Slides themselves were great fun few fast 1s and some nice slower 1s o start you off. Park itself was clean and tidy loads of beds free. Got a few ice lollies but glad we took our own drinks in 3.50 for a 500ml bottle of coke was a bit steep even my little girl didn't wanna pay 2.50 for a kinder joy as she can get them far cheaper in town( her words not mine ). Never checked out the actual restaurant so can't comment on that Lockers we're 5 -7 euros depending on size we took a big 1 and it's a 6 digit code on a touchpad lock quite nice, u can open n close over n over again too again tad steep but at least we got 2 bags in it and our stuff was safe on exiting. Lastly we got some pictures 3 for 20 euros and they're just digital copies bit steep for that too but the lady doing it was really good and even got a few poses out my girl so actually didn't mind buying them. All in all a good experience for us, would probably go again if we came back

The actual waterpark itself was very good, slides were nice and fast and overall the park was very well kept. i went with my kids aged 14 and 10 and they loved it- definitely lots of stuff for older kids too. a few things i would say they could improve would be more staff at the bar, because we had to wait 30 minutes for a hotdog. and beware of the orange tiles- if on them for more then a few seconds, they scold your feet. plenty of toilets and changing facilities on site, and lockers were handy. overall had a very good time!

It is great for families of all ages. Has plenty to do and food/drink/shops onsite. Would recommend getting there early and all ages welcome.
