Kerrin (we do hope we spelt that correctly) was our tour guide and was absolutely amazing. His knowledge was 10/10. We loved that he was prepared to slow down the more we asked questions and speed up the walking in between. We covered a lot of important historical highlights and would never have covered the ground we did without him. Thank you and we can highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to truly learn Berlin’s history.

I spent a few hours with Cairan as he guided me through the history of Berlin sites. His knowledge and his attention to detail was amazing. I learnt so much in the three and a half hours. The Berlin wall, interesting facts about the wall coming down and the night it happened. Museum Island with its historical buildings and listening to Cairan I learnt so much about the building designers, the royal family of those times and so much more. Book this tour, all the tours with Birchys are good.

Ciaran our guide was excellent: extremely knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions with a sense of humour. We learned a great deal about a number of important Berlin sights, about German history and about a few Holocaust memorials.
