Your Itinerary

Pennsylvania Hospital - Historic Tours

This hospital, whose purpose was to treat mental illness, was home to many inhumane experiments in an attempt to drive out the evil spirits once believed to be the cause of mental illness. Join us on a journey through the past as we discuss the evils that took place and the vengeful spirits that remain as a result

Powel House

The Powel House was the home of Philadelphia's Mayor during the Revolution, Samuel Powel. Political dinner parties aren't the only historical events to discuss regarding this old home-turned-museum, as it is claimed to be the most haunted building in the city!

First Bank of the United States

This building was the idea of the one and only Alexander Hamilton, and while his criminal history is nothing to scoff at, the true draw of this building for many paranormal enthusiasts is the belief that the ghost of Hamilton himself haunts its grounds! Come learn all about Hamilton's debauchery-filled life, maybe even from his spirit directly!

Claire was our tour guide and she made sure to give us a detailed tour. She went above and beyond on our tour. She even added extra details. We got a ghost tour and a history lesson. We had so much fun.

This was my husband and I first time doing a tour like this! We were very pleased with the hosts. Both James and Judith were knowledgeable, kind and made the experience a great one despite the weather. We appreciate their dedication to the tour and we will b back for another!

We enjoyed the Founding Fathers Ghost Tour for the facts, anecdotes and the beautiful neighborhoods of Philly. We got many steps in and Victor’s enthusiasm for the subject was very fun.

First of all, I was very excited to go on a ghost tour as I had never been on one before. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed. We had some trouble parking so we called the phone number they gave us to let them know we were running late. What I didn't know was that the number connected me to the company, not the tour guide. We asked them to reach out to the tour guide but the tour guide never responded. The company gave us several locations as to where they might be so we spent the night running around the city in the rain. I understand that we were a couple minutes late but they definitely could have been more accommodating and given us some way to contact the tour guide. Additionally, we received no refund. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. Definitely would not recommend.

Ruthie was an awesome guide and our tour was even more amazing because our group was very small, so we were able to share our own stories. Ruthie was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

Some of the history such as the bank Alexander Hamilton started I didn’t know. The only advice I have for travelers is wear comfortable shoes. Do show up early and check your email leading up to the event. Initial correspondence indicated the place to meet up was one located. A subsequent email was sent couple of hours prior indicating the meet up location was a different spot, two tenths away from original location

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience on this tour. It was Brenda's first time and while she was assisted by her boss/co-worker, it just didn't work. Everyone has to start somewhere and I do hope she gets better, but we were quite frustrated given that we spent our evening on this, not to mention paid full price. I know people likely would never choose to tour with a newbie, but some possibly would for a cheaper rate. We should by no means have paid money for this. Brenda walked way too fast and was clearly very nervous. She continuously asked if we were scared (we weren't) and talked about herself and how she sees ghosts, none of which seemed authentic. She knew her information but it was her delivery that ruined it. She also mentioned tipping at least 4 times which we found extremely unprofessional. People know to tip and they will if it's warranted.
