Would absolutely recommend this trip. Was a brilliant day, visited two family ran wineries in the Prosecco hills. Absolutely stunning views, they are very generous with the Prosecco. It was also really interesting and We learnt a lot.
We ate at both wineries and thought the lunch was more than enough (having read some negative reviews about not enough food). Was also lovely that they didn’t even attempt to sell their Prosecco to you. We did purchase a few bottles which were very reasonably priced.

From the ease of finding our starting point to the most beautiful scenery and passionate people, it was a great day. Our guide was as if we had joined his family for the day and so knowledgeable of not just Prosecco but the area too. It was a blessing to have found this trip for our last day in Italy.

Both Ricardo the tour guide & Laura from one of the wineries visited were excellent both from their knowledge of the wines tasted and of their warmth shown to us during the tour.

It was an unusual rainy and cold day in the west hills of the Prosecco wine region. This however did not dampen our day. Our wonderful tour guide, Ricardo picked us up at the planned pickup point in Venice and drove an hour or so north. He gave us an overview and history of the Prosecco region on the drive up. Ricardo is a very engaging and educated being a certified sommelier, retired attorney and an active university teacher, with his PHD in Humanity Services. Ricardo took us to two DOCG Prosecco wineries where we were given an education of the region, each winery and the operating families themselves, both 4 generations owned and run. The highlight being the respect, love and passion each winery has for the process and quality of their wines. This was exemplified in the magnificent and abundant wine tasting and food included with the tour. What a great day it was, even with the rain. Salute🥂

While we planned a vacation in Venice we wanted a break from the city midway through the trip and decided on a tour to the Prosecco region. And we aren’t sorry, the trip was terrific my wife and I were thoroughly educated in the different qualities of Prosecco but Riccardo(our great tour guide) took us to two of the best family owned places in the region. The region is beautifully located on the foothills of the Dolomites so it’s also very photographic. But the Prosecco is the star!

Great, knowledgeable tour guide. Both vineyards were great and we enjoyed the history behind them. Even for a rainy day it was beautiful.

We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who either has a love of Prosecco or is interested in visiting this beautiful part of Italy and seeing how Prosecco is made. Richard I was our tour guide and he was brilliant. Incredibly knowledgable and really friendly. We happened to be the only people who had booked onto the tour so it was just me and my husband.
The Prosecco tasting was exquisite and it was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners of the two wineries we visited. The Prosecco was so good we bought some of our own for a great price.
I can’t recommend this tour enough! The highlight of our stay in Venice by a country mile.

My wife and I spent 10 days in Italy in April. The highlight of our trip was the Prosecco Wine Tasting tour we took out of Venice. Our guide, Ricardo, was a tremendous host, would highly recommend him! Extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to be with. We learned so much about "Prosecco".
