It was not what we expected. However our guide Lucy and driver Rohan were good and did their very best to accommodate us.

Kevin, the driver, did a great job navigating the narrow streets of London! Our guide, a native of Canterbury, was fantastic—fun and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this tour. It was awesome to go outside of London proper and see the White Cliffs of Dover and historic Canterbury. There was also time at Dover Castle, but that was not my favorite part. I'm a bit sour about it because we were given two hours to explore the castle, but after waiting in line for 45 minutes for the popular castle tour, we learned it takes approximately an hour to complete after getting in. Therefore, we would not have made it back in time for the meetup. So, after waiting 45 minutes, we decided to leave and explore the castle quickly, which felt rushed. My recommendation for this tour would be to allow extra time for the tour that is apparently the main attraction at the castle.

Nice day tour and break from the city. Our guide, Katia, was excellent! Very friendly and super knowledgeable about all the history and all the practicalities as well. Our driver, Kevin, did an excellent job - we felt very safe and everything was on time. We had ample time to spend at the cliffs - many of the other tours I considered were quick or “pass by” trips. This trip gives the option of walking the path along the cliffs for 2+ hours, or spending about 20 minutes at the cliffs and then heading to Dover Castle. We opted for the castle, which was very cool! Canterbury was a great stop for food and exploring. 2-3 hours was a good amount of time to eat lunch and still wander about or tour the cathedral. (We opted to walk around town instead of going inside the cathedral.) I like that this trip was a la carte, so we could choose (or skip) the add-ons. I also like that it didn’t try to squeeze in too many things so we could actually spend time in both places. Overall it was a really great day, and I’d definitely recommend it.

It was incredible to stand on the top of the white cliffs and learn their history and significance. The Canterbury Cathedral was an unexpected treasure. It’s magnificent. Our tour guide was exceptional.

Couldn't see much of White Cliffs, but had a photo op. Canterbury nice, but Cathedral extra. We were fortunate to have good weather.

Darren the tour guide knew his stuff, very well versed with information about the areas visited. The bus driver was great the bus was clean and comfortable. Cliffs are amazing, castle and cathedral worth the visit.

Cliffs + Canterbury are a nice combination. Squeezing in the Dover Castle is too much if you really want to experience the cliffs. Plenty of time to explore Canterbury. Guide was very informative.

Our trip was very interesting, we definitely enjoyed the entire experience. Our tour guide, Darren, and our driver, Kevin, did a wonderful job. Darren provided great recommendations and facts, and Kevin navigated the windy narrow roads with ease. Got to spend about 45 minutes at the cliffs, and then we opted to visit Dover castle. Very picturesque and the tours are included in the entry fee to the castle. Then we got to spend time in Canterbury. Darren provided many fabulous options for food, fun, and shopping. Got plenty of beautiful pictures.

The White Cliffs was nice but it rained all day and was very foggy. Canterbury was a quaint town. We enjoyed it.

1. Our guide (may be Vanessa, that's what she told at the end of the tour, although she told a different name all through the day) was very knowledgeable - talked a lot about several things apart from the scheduled tour details. 2. Owing to the excessive talking, she often missed out on necessary details,e.g, when and where bus will be parked, when and where to report back, etc. 3. She simply left out a passenger at White Cliffs, after waiting for twenty minutes. and continued with the remaining part of the tour. 4. She didn't care to look for the passenger anywhere outside the bus - a cafe is only twenty steps away from the parked bus. She could have called the phone no. submitted during booking. 5. She didn't carry any identification placard - it was difficult to spot her out amidst the crowd. We were 49 in our bus, there were couple of other groups too. 6. After leaving out the passenger at White Cliff, she became judgmental and behaved rude with parents of the left-out passenger, who had boarded the bus in time. 7. Defnitely a terrible experience for us - I shall remember this "Day Tour London" and this lady (Vanessa) and shall not book any tour with them in future.
