Angela was an amazing guide. She was knowledgeable and entertaining! She answered all the groups questions and kept everyone safe and together. We have taken seven tours on our trip and this one was much better than some!! Angela really seems to love telling visitors about the area and local lore!!

Luke was our tour guide and he was awesome! It was a super fun tour and it was really cool to learn about the history of New Orleans. Some of the stories he told were so mind blowing and a bonus was stopping for drinks half way through. Worth every penny!

We really enjoyed the tour, especially the historic nature of how the tales developed/might have developed. They were also very accommodating when we needed to postpone our tour to the next day.

Great storytelling, and lots of informative detail I have read books about spirits and ghosts from the days of slavery in New Orleans, so this was really great to experience

I think our tour guides name was Marianna. She did a great job sharing the local stories. There were places I knew of that I was excited to see, but also a few places that I'd never heard of that I was excited I learned about. I think this tour is great for anyone who loves a good ghost/vampire story. I don't think the Gallier house was pointed out along the way (one door away from Madame LaLaurie's home). The Gallier House was used in American Horror Story as the LaLaurie house and it was used for Lestat, Louis, ans Claudia's home in the AMC Interview With The Vampire series. It might be a good idea to add it to the tour if time allows.

The tour ended up being the best part of our trip. We got Crystal as our tour guide, and she was funny, personable, and very informative. You can tell she takes her job and the stories she tells seriously, while also trying to add some levity to the city’s dark history. She shared some of her personal anecdotes on hauntings, which added to the spookiness. The tour was a joint ghost and vampire tour, and the length was just right. We stopped through a few haunted areas and buildings from the outside. Pictures encouraged! The whole thing was about an hour and a half, with a break halfway through at a bar. The history ranged from things you’d already know as an outsider, but a lot of stories that we hadn’t heard of. Crystal even told us some good places to eat and stop as we walked back to the car. We all had a great time!

The tour guide was very informative and easy to listen to. Told interesting facts, gruesome tales, and learnt some of the history and mystique of Voodoo. We were shown places that are reportedly haunted and told of their disturbing pasts. Would have liked a couple more spooky places added on the tour but all in all it was very good. I would recommend taking this tour and French Quarter Phantoms were very professional. The meeting spot, Voodoo Lounge was nice too with friendly staff.

Pepe was a fantastic storyteller. We really enjoyed the history behind all the stories. He had a great sense of humor and did very well with his audience (one family had a ~8 yo in their group).
