Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.

This was an experience never to forget, our pilot Adam was young and so knowledgeable as to the sites we were flying over and extremely professional as one would expect from a helicopter pilot. It was the first time either of us had flown in a helicopter and we thoughly enjoyed the experience, even the slight turbulance from the rising wind currents. During the flight there and back you land a couple of times which gives everyone the chance to sit in the front of the aircraft which was an experience in its self. If you vist LA you have to do this trip. We took loads of photos. The only bad thing was we were informed the trip would start at 11:00am, we were getting ready to go down to wait to be picked up at 10:25 only to get a telephone call to say we had missed the shuttle bus as the pick up was at 10:16. So we were told we had to make our own way there within 12 minutes. Make sure your at the pickup site at least 45 minutes before hand.

Very disappointed by our very expensive Indian Treasures trip, as explained to staff on our return, but they certainly didn't seem surprised or bothered with the feed back from us and another party. For the price paid, private transfers should have been provided.
Certainly wouldn't recommend and perhaps they should train their pilots to be on time after the warnings given to us if we weren't.

An expensive trip, however very well organised from booking through to dropping back at the hotel.
It really is a once in a lifetime experience and we felt completely safe in the hands of our pilot who also provided some interesting commentary on the flights.

We had an amazing helicopter experience. I cannot recommend it enough. I am a bit scared of flying and was really surprised at how comfortable it was to be in a helicopter. I am sure it was our great pilot Adam who was very experienced. He took us over Hoover Dam and pointed out all the amazing sights along the way to the Grand Canyon which was spectacular to see from the air. It was a small group and we each got a chance to sit up front but all seats had a great view. We touched down in the canyon and had time to take tons of pictures. Then ended the trip with a flight down the Vegas strip. This was definitely the highlight of my trip to Vegas!
