The West Rim is the western end of the Colorado Canyon. It is a protected area of the Hualapai Indian Tribe. It is developed by investors and is not managed by the Grand Canyon National Park. It is within three hours one-way from Las Vegas. A U-shaped glass corridor, known as Skywalk was also built here for everyone to feel the height and excitement of the canyon. Great trip, thoroughly enjoyed the day. Guide (Jesse) and driver (Carlos) were both great. They strategised supernly to get us the best opportunities of the day and minimise our time queuing for entrances. This local knowledge and experience was invaluable and made the whole day flow very smoothly. Jesse’s knowledge was really impressive - both of the geography and geology as well as the local flora, fauna and wildlife. His professional yet casual delivery and responsiveness also helped a long day not seem any where near long as it was. Bought the tickets the day before the trip and was worried about being so last minute but the whole experience worked really well. Having been a tour guide myself in the past and often over-critical, I would thoroughly recommend this trip and both Jesse and Carlos as a great team.

Hesitating to go solo? Done hesitate. Just do it! Re: Grand Canyon Tour. Jesse our tour guide walls amazing! He looked out for me at every single turn making sure I was always comfortable and not left behind. He was also so knowledgeable and entertaining. So many great tips and photography hacks. Carlos the driver also looked out for me. I will def be doing this tour again with my family when we plan to come back next year.

We were staying in Las Vegas and decided to book this so we could explore the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam without worrying about getting there and back. We had Jesse as our tour guide and he was honestly incredible. The journeys to each point were filled with interesting trivia and history and he was so engaging and insightful. He knows everything there is to know! Carlos our driver was excellent and got us to each point quickly so we were able to beat the queues. Well worth the early start, a fantastic experience made even better by a great tour guide!
