The tour was great! Warren was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide (and great driver). Prior to the tour, it was a bit confusing as I indicated Pan Pacific Hotel for pick-up but day before was told the hotel wasn't available for pick-up. So we had to Uber to another hotel. Also on the agenda it also listed said we would stop at Colac. It was okay that we didn't go, but maybe the details of the tour should be updated?

It was long but rewarding. The sights beautiful, especially the 12 Apostles and others. Our Driver Warren was knowledgeable and funny, quite affable. Things were kept on schedule and I witnessed a Kuala bear in its natural environment sleeping in a tree. And there was plenty of time in the 12 hr tour to see and do everything, including time for lunch and breaks for mother nature.

Had a great day. Weather was beautiful and Warren and the rest of the tour group was very nice. We did all stops on the itinerary and even had some time left to go koala and kangaroo spotting. And we were very lucky to saw some.

This tour exceeded my expectations!! Warren was such a wonderful tour guide and really added something special to the day. He's an amazing koala spotter, practically a professional photographer (he gets those insta pics for you), and tells the best bad jokes you've ever heard. This tour is just breathtakingly beautiful and worth a day's time to do it. My favorite was the 12 Apostles and just the drive on The Ocean Road. I would very much recommend.

This was a meticulously planned tour with an excellent driver/guide that allowed us to see a great deal in a compresses 12 hour period. The tour group is to be commended for this, although the bus itself is quite cramped, especially for the long drives to and from the Great Ocean Road. You get just enough time to enjoy each spot and yet move along well to the next. One thing to be wary of is that despite advertising hotel pickups, in the end they cluster people into pickup points convenient to them, not to their guests. Having to find a taxi at 6:30 am is not that easy, plus it costs between 12-15 AUD which the guest needs to absorb. Changing this on the Viator webpage would allow for truth in adverts. Overall, however, a capable group and a memorable experience.

So much packed into this one day. Certainly, the scenic drive on Ocean Road was the pull, however we were not prepared for the magnitude of the terrain, the beauty of the ocean, the history lessons, the comfort of the bus, & our thoroughly dedicated guide, Warren! Prior to each stop, we were informed what to expect and what not to expect. Our vibes were good, so we got to see a lot. Seven koalas in the wild, some active some comfortable sleeping on a tree branch. At least 30 kangaroos in the wild, the 12 Apostles & Lord Arch Gorde, a delightful lunch, & an entertaining and a tour guide that definitely knows his country. Warren has an awesome playlist to keep us entertained during long sections of the drive. And provided a snack to start our very early morning.

Had an amazing Great Ocean Road tour with Warren! He’s just fantastic!! Warren really makes this tour a must to do while you visit Melbourne. Loved the drive down the coast and the 12 apostles! Additionally, we got to see 7 live koalas and beautiful wild kangaroos! What a fantastic tour! Highly recommend!

Lorraine our driver was friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Areas visited were quaint with fabulous views. It was a big day.

Debbie_K

It was a very long day but well worth it. We got to see many beautiful sites and Lorraine was very engaging and informative telling us about each of the destinations. She even stopped at a few extra spots to see wildlife. As she put it it's a good "sampler" of the area.

Our day was great as we were able to experience the majestic 12 Apostles and other scenic views. Our tour guide/driver, Warren, gave lots of relevant information about the places we have explored. We found him very helpful and informative. He was also very punctual and gave us enough time to explore. Overall, the trip was fun and memorable! We will always treasure this great experience!
